These terms govern use of the LoopCal website at loopcal.fit and its pre-launch waitlist. "LoopCal", "we", and "us" mean the team operating this website. Contact us at support@loopcal.fit.
Please read these terms before joining. By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the website and waitlist.
What this website offers
This website introduces a nutrition-tracking app in development and lets you request beta and launch updates. It does not provide the app itself or a paid subscription. App screens, meal examples, and nutrition figures are product previews, not personalised results or a promise of a particular outcome. Planned features, supported devices, availability, and launch timing may change.
Any beta or app access may be subject to separate terms and a separate privacy notice presented before you use it. Joining this waitlist does not mean you accept future app terms or authorise a future purchase.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. Use an email address that you control and provide accurate signup information. Do not register someone else's address or share a verification code with another person.
Email verification and the waitlist
We send a one-time code to check that you control your email address. You must complete verification to join. Our authentication provider creates a technical signup record for verification; that record does not give you an app account you can use or access to a beta.
Joining is free, and this website does not collect payment information. A waitlist place does not guarantee an invitation, priority access, a release date, any particular feature, or future pricing. We may limit or discontinue the waitlist or beta programme.
By verifying your signup, you request emails about LoopCal's beta and launch. You can withdraw that request or leave the waitlist at any time by emailing support@loopcal.fit.
Nutrition information and product previews
Content on this website is for general product information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or personalised dietary advice. Food recognition and nutrition estimates can be inaccurate, and illustrative calorie or macro values should not be used to make medical decisions.
Do not use website examples to manage a medical condition, determine medication doses, or decide whether a food is safe for an allergy. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for individual medical or dietary needs. We do not promise a particular weight, fitness, or health outcome.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website or waitlist for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit addresses you do not control or use the form to send unwanted emails.
- Attempt to access private signup records, accounts, or systems without permission.
- Bypass verification or security controls, or interfere with the website's operation.
- Use automated requests to harvest personal information, overload the service, or abuse signup.
We may restrict access or remove signups reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. This does not limit your ability to make a privacy request.
Website content and intellectual property
Website content, branding, and design are owned by LoopCal or their respective owners or licensors. You may browse the website and share links to it. You may not reuse protected content in a way that infringes the owner's rights or suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.
Availability and third-party services
We may change, suspend, or withdraw the website or waitlist. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every email, or that the website will be free of errors. External websites linked from this site are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no commitment to release the app on a particular date or with a particular set of features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from approaching a court, consumer forum, or regulator that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We will post revised terms here and update the date above. Material changes affecting existing waitlist members will be communicated through an appropriate notice, such as an email or a prominent website notice. Changes apply prospectively. Where agreement to new terms is required, we will seek it; updating this page alone does not authorise new uses of your personal information.
